Positive, The place is modern and relaxing. Breakfast had amazing options like scrambled eggs and chilaquiles. The location is convenient with a food court nearby. The staff were accommodating and genuinely.

Came in Durango to relax and have fun, this hip new hotel was fantastic base for doing it. The rooms were spotlessly clean and amazing with free Wi-Fi.

Comfortable hotel, it has neat rooms and amazing location. The staff are friendly, answered every question I had. Will choose the place for future trips as they provided excellent service.

Had a great time at Hampton Inn! The room was super clean. Breakfast was on point with variety. It's in a convenient area with cool spots nearby. Just wish parking was easier with luggage!

I arrived expecting luxury, but the hallways were an embarrassment-worn carpets and a strange odor. That underground parking is a joke. Stairs with luggage are a workout! I woudl ve been appreciative of a complimentary upgrade since i suffered through all that inconvenience, but alas, i left feeling utterly disappointed and unvalued.

All of the staff was excellent and helpful. Loved the safe, multi-channel TV, and a mini-fridge-bar in the room. - the bed was exceptionally comfortable with down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. - It was in a central location in the middle of Durango. - We were just a stone's throw away from the historic center. - the experience was fine, will choose the place for future trips.
